I hadn’t heard this term until somebody caught one in my last post (I had demon- instead of denom-inational, yikes!). My favorite that I’ve committed though was in my fiancee’s parent’s car as we were looking for a place to get ice cream. We passed a shop trying to see if it was open, and I said “No, look, the stairs are chacked.” (Meaning chairs stacked).
