Life has been demanding things other than music reviews lately, but let me say that Sharon Isbin made my first classical guitar concert something I’d love to repeat. I wish this instrument, and this musician, would become more prominent. Fabulous. The program:

Where was the concert at? I don’t suppose it was in the FC?
No – all the Colorado Symphony Orchestra concerts I’ve seen have been at the Boettcher concert hall in Denver. Occasionally really good artists perform at the Edna Rizley Griffin concert hall here, but not usually with an orchestra.
I’ve seen her…she played in Burlington once.
