Dispersed camping in Tahoe National Forest, near Meadow Lake Campground. Campground was $15 a night along the lake. We camped our last weekend in the camper just above. The lake was nice for swimming and just near enough. We spent Saturday night until midnight here too but then had to leave due to smoke from fires near Sacramento and in Washington.
